Refunds & Returns
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods to our premises within 14 days and we will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) upon receipt, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. All goods must be returned to Legacy Silverware in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of delivery. Legacy Silverware reserves the right to refuse the customer a credit or refund if the goods returned are not in a re-saleable condition.

Refunds: We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to the above returns policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card within 5-7 working days from processing your return and will exclude original shipping costs.
Damaged & Missing Products: The Customer must make any claims for damaged or missing product within 3 working days of receipt of delivery. Legacy Silverware reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 3 working days. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.
Online Product Images and Descriptions: Images on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by Legacy Silverware will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.
Personalised Products: Legacy Silverware will not provide a refund for any personalised or bespoke product unless the product is deemed defective.
Overseas Orders: Legacy Silverware reserves the right to treat orders from Customers outside of the UK on an individual basis.
